The water side of the cottage has a covered porch/deck with swing, wicker gliders and chairs. Fish from your porch! Then clean your catch of the day at the convenient fish cleaning sink.
Bring your flats skiff or kayaks and tie up right up to you door. The waters surrounding our island are shallow. Keep this is mind and always know your tides. Flats Fishing, kayaking and kayak fishing opportunities abound near and all around the cottage.
We have WiFi, TV (direct satellite), telephone, central heat and air.
The laundry room has washer and dryer.

Seaside Cottage is a versatile rental. You can rent it as a two bedroom one bath unit. OR you can rent it as a four bedroom, two bath unit. This is a duplex house however we do not rent the house to more than one group at a time. It is situated on a short canal connecting to the Open Gulf of Mexico that is only a few yards away. The location is quiet and serene on the west side of the island about 2.5 miles from the village. We accommodate a maximum eight guests please. No smoking and No pets please. Bring you bicycles.
The down stairs (two bedroom one bath unit) has a king and a queen bed. Add on the top floor with its two bedrooms and rent as a FOUR bedroom house with 2 full baths. Plus a large waterfront balcony the lenght of the house. All linens are supplied such as towels, washcloths, sheets, pillows and blankets.
The house has two full, well stocked kitchens and well supplied with all you'll need for preparing meals.
